Stir-Fry Chicken & Cabbage

1- Shredded head of Cabbage

1lb - of chopped skinless boneless chicken

1 - Medium onion chopped

1-2 Tomatoes chopped

2 - Celery sticks chopped

4 - Cloves of garlic chopped

1TBS of Chicken Bouillon

Salt & Pepper to taste

2TBS of cooking oil


1-2 shredded carrots

Chopped cilantro to taste


1.  Place skillet on medium heat with cooking oil.  Place chicken to cook once oil is hot, begin to cook and add onion and garlic to the chicken add salt and pepper.

2.  Once chicken is fully cooked add tomato, celery, and carrots and stir fryy for a few minutes until tender.

3.  Add the shredded cabbage the chicken bouillon and salt and pepper to taste making sure all ingredients are fully mixed and let steam for a minute or two until desired vegetable tenderness.
